WHAT OPTIONS DO I HAVE?

  • Byte - This is for example to change the color or size. 
  • Rebuy - This is if you feel that you bought wrong and want to cancel the purchase.
  • Complaint - This is if there is something wrong with the product.

How do I return?

  • Fill out the "product return form" form.

WHAT ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED?

You can return all items within 365 days of the date of purchase when you exercised your "right of investigation", read more in our terms of purchase.

  • You can return all items within 365 days of the purchase date. 
  •  The items must be in mint condition. 
  • The articles must be unused. 
  • The items must NOT be washed or cleaned. 
  • Clothes etc may be tried such as in a store, but do not use. 
  • The items must be in original packaging and with all tags/labels etc left.
  • A product that smells, for example, of detergent or sweat has been used in a more detailed way than the court allows.

WHICH ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED?

  • Free products 
  •  Gift card 
  • Custom-made products 
  • Processed products
  • Underwear and socks 
  • Using products
  • Washed or cleaned products
  • Products without original packaging
  • A product that smells, for example, of detergent or sweat has been used in a more detailed way than the court allows.

Does it cost anything to return?

  • Return processing is free of charge. 
  • We protect the environment and try to minimize the number of transports. Therefore, we encourage you to follow size guides etc as closely as possible to avoid extra transports in the form of returns etc. If you still need to return something, you are responsible for the shipping to us of what is to be returned.
  • If you chose to take out our Free Return Insurance, shipping to us is free! Otherwise, you can buy a return label from us here.
  • You can also pay for shipping in other ways, but it often becomes more expensive.
  • In order for us to be able to approve the return moste it first come to us! A return should therefore always be sent in a traceable manner and preferably also with insurance. Therefore, we strongly recommend that the shipment be conditioned in such a way that it is both traceable and has insurance. A shipment sent with a stamp is NOT traceable and does NOT have insurance! Choose one of the return methods we recommend above.
  • If the return has not reached us, it will not be able to be handled / exchanged / refunded.

REFUND OR VOUCHER FOR REPURCHASE?

  • If you have wished to cancel the purchase and that we will repurchase your goods, you will either get a refund or a proof of value of the same amount. 
  • Refunds in connection with the right of withdrawal may only be made if the return takes place within 14 days of the date of purchase. 
  • Vouchers are issued in all other cases where a refund is not made. The period of validity of the voucher is 1 year.

HOW LONG DOES THE RETURN PROCESS TAKE?

  • As soon as we receive the return, we usually handle your return within 5 working days. 
  • Replacement - If you have chosen to change your product, we will usually ship stocked items within 4 working days after the change has been approved. 
  • Rebuy - After we approve your repurchase, we will either initiate the refund process or the issue of a voucher, depending on the time that has passed after the purchase. The issue of vouchers usually takes place within 5 working days. In case of refund, this takes different lengths of time depending on the payment method chosen, but usually the money is refunded within 7 working days.
